NEGOSHI provides an AI-powered negotiation mediation platform designed to assist users in conducting negotiations. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze negotiation dynamics, provide insights, and facilitate communication between parties.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The AI-generated insights and recommendations provided by NEGOSHI are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as legal, financial, or professional advice. Users should exercise their own judgment and consult with appropriate professionals before making decisions based on the Service's output.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEGOSHI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NEGOSHI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. SMS Terms
If you opt in to receive SMS messages from NEGOSHI, you consent to receive transactional text messages related to your account activity, workflows, system notifications, or actions required within the application. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
SMS messages are sent for transactional purposes only and do not include marketing or promotional content. Messages may be delivered through third-party service providers, including Twilio, solely to facilitate message delivery.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, or request assistance by replying HELP.
